Hello! My name is Enoc, and I am 9 years old. I was born on October 3, 2017. I study at José de la Cruz Mena Public School, and I am in fourth grade. I really enjoy going to school and learning. My favorite subject is math. I like solving problems and doing calculations. It’s fun for me to count and learn new things with numbers. My favorite color is yellow because it’s cheerful and makes me think of the sun.

I live with my mom, whose name is Flor. She works as an assistant for the city hall, helping clean and take care of public spaces. She does very important work to keep everything clean and nice. I love her very much because she is strong and always there for us. My dad lives in Costa Rica. He and my mom are not together anymore, but he still cares for me and my sister. My dad is a construction worker, and even though he is far away, he always calls us and asks how we are. I like talking to him. My favorite food is Valencian rice, and my favorite drink is soda.

On Mondays and Wednesdays, I go to the Pantanal Center, and I really like going. I feel happy there because I learn new things, play with my friends, and the educators are very kind. My favorite class is Art Afternoon. I enjoy it a lot because we do fun activities like dancing, crafts, painting, and sometimes special games. I like using colors, cutting, and creating things with my hands. It makes me feel creative and happy. At the center, we also share with other kids, and I like that there’s always something different to do. I love being there because I learn, have fun, and spend a great time.

Sometimes I miss having my dad close, but I feel happy because I know he loves me. I enjoy being with my family, playing with my sister, and learning at school and at the Pantanal Center. Even though I’m small, I have a big heart and a strong desire to learn. Every day, I do my best to be someone who helps others and brings smiles to the world.

Me llamo Enoc y tengo 9 años. Nací el 3 de octubre de 2017. Estudio en el Colegio Público José de la Cruz Mena y estoy en cuarto grado. Me gusta mucho ir a la escuela y aprender. Mi clase favorita es matemáticas. Me gusta resolver problemas y hacer cuentas. Se me hace divertido contar y aprender cosas nuevas con los números. Mi color favorito es el amarillo, porque es alegre y me hace pensar en el sol.

Vivo con mi mamá que se llama Flor. Ella trabaja como ayudante en la alcaldía, limpia y cuida los espacios públicos. Hace un trabajo muy importante para que todo esté limpio y bonito. Yo la quiero mucho porque es fuerte y siempre está para nosotros.

Mi papá vive en Costa Rica. Él y mi mamá ya no están juntos, pero él sigue pendiente de mí y de mi hermana. Mi papá es albañil, y aunque esté lejos, siempre nos llama y nos pregunta cómo estamos. Me gusta hablar con él.

Mi comida favorita es el arroz a la valenciana, y mi bebida favorita es la gaseosa.

Los lunes y miércoles asisto al Centro Pantanal, y me gusta mucho venir. Me siento feliz porque aprendo cosas nuevas, juego con mis amigos y los educadores son muy amables. La clase que más me gusta es cuando tenemos Tarde de Arte. Me divierte mucho porque hacemos actividades bonitas como bailes, manualidades, pintura y a veces juegos especiales. Me gusta usar colores, recortar y crear cosas con mis manos. Me hace sentir creativo y feliz. En el centro también compartimos con otros niños, y me gusta que siempre hay algo diferente por hacer. Me encanta estar ahí, porque aprendo, me divierto y paso un buen rato.

A veces extraño tener a mi papá cerca, pero me siento feliz porque sé que me quiere. Me gusta estar con mi familia, jugar con mi hermana y aprender en la escuela y en el Centro Pantanal.

Aunque soy pequeño, tengo un corazón grande y muchas ganas de aprender. Cada día doy lo mejor de mí para ser alguien que ayude a los demás y haga sonreír al mundo.
