Hello! My name is Joas Israel Duarte Hernández. I am 9 years old and I study at Rigoberto López Pérez School, where I am in third grade. I am a hardworking student and I like learning new things, especially in Mathematics and Language and Literature. I enjoy doing addition and multiplication, and when I understand something difficult in math, I feel very happy and proud. Sometimes I feel shy, but I always look for help so I can learn better.

My favorite color is red because I think it is a very beautiful color. In my free time, I like to play, especially with my skateboard, because it is also an activity that helps me relax. At home, I like painting with brushes because I enjoy being creative.

I really like spending time with other people and playing with my friends. I also like animals, especially cats, although I also enjoy playing with dogs.

When I grow up, I would like to be a firefighter because I know there are fires and I want to help people in those situations.

¡Hola! Mi nombre es Joas Israel Duarte Hernández. Tengo 9 años y estudio en la escuela Rigoberto López Pérez, donde curso tercer grado. Soy un estudiante estudioso y me gusta aprender cosas nuevas, especialmente en matemáticas y en lengua y literatura. Me gusta hacer sumas y multiplicaciones, y cuando logro entender algo difícil en matemáticas, me siento muy bien y alegre. A veces me pongo tímido, pero siempre busco ayuda para poder aprender mejor.

Mi color favorito es el rojo porque me parece un color muy bonito. En mi tiempo libre me gusta jugar, especialmente con mi patineta, ya que es una actividad que también me ayuda a relajarme. En mi casa, me gusta pintar utilizando pinceles, porque disfruto ser creativo.

Me gusta mucho compartir con otras personas y jugar con mis amigos. También me gustan los animales, en especial los gatos, aunque también disfruto jugar con los perros.

Cuando sea grande, me gustaría ser bombero, porque sé que hay incendios y quiero ayudar a las personas en esas situaciones.
