Hello! My name is Hadassa Hortensia Alemán Peña. I am 12 years old, and I am in sixth grade at El Escudo Public School. I live with my mom, my dad, my grandmother, my aunt and my cousins. I have a sister named Nazareth.
In my free time, I do my homework and then I watch TV, mainly movies, sometimes accompanied by my two cousins. At home, I feel good and calm with my family.
My favorite colors are pink and purple. I love watching the movie “Where are the blondes?”. As for sports, I like basketball. I like puppies. My favorite story is “La Llorona”.
At the Escudo Center, I have a lot of fun. My favorite activity is dancing, especially salsa. The most fun time is when the educator’s comment on the things we do; all the activities are nice. The center has taught me the value of respect, kindness and hope.
I have really enjoy the activities at Centro Escudo, but my favorite will always be “The Spider’s Web”.
When I grow up, I want to be a policeman because I want to protect people from thieves and bring justice, helping everyone live in a vandal-free and safer place.
¡Hola! Me llamo Hadassa Hortensia Alemán Peña. Tengo 12 años y curso sexto grado en la Escuela Pública El Escudo. Vivo con mi mamá, mi papá, mi abuela, mi tía y mis primos. Tengo una hermana llamada Nazareth.
En mi tiempo libre, hago mis tareas y luego veo televisión, principalmente películas, a veces acompañada de mis dos primos. En mi hogar me siento bien y tranquila a lado de mi familia.
Mis colores favoritos son el rosado y el morado. Me encanta ver la película “¿Dónde están las rubias?”. En cuanto a deportes, me gusta el baloncesto. Me gustan los perritos. Mi cuento favorito es “La llorona”.
En el Centro Escudo me divierto mucho. Mi actividad favorita es bailar, especialmente salsa. El momento más divertido es cuando los educadores comentan sobre las cosas que hacemos; todas las actividades son bonitas. El centro me ha enseñado el valor del respeto, la bondad y la esperanza.
Disfruto mucho de las actividades en el Centro Escudo, pero mi favorita siempre será “La telaraña”.
Cuando sea grande, quiero ser policía porque deseo proteger a las personas de los ladrones y hacer justicia, ayudando a que todos vivan en un lugar sin vandalismo y más seguro.
