Hello, my name is Genesis de Los Ángeles Mora. I study at Pablo Antonio Cuadra School, and I’m in sixth grade.

I live with my mom and my younger sister, who is seven years old. I love my mom very much because she always supports me and listens to me when I need something. She’s a very hard-working person and always motivates me to do my best. I have wonderful times with my little sister. I love when she tells me how her classes went because she has a great imagination. Sometimes she invents really funny things and makes me laugh a lot.

My favorite color is purple because it seems like a magical color to me, like something out of stories or dreams. When I see something purple, it gives me a feeling of calm, but it also makes me imagine new worlds. It’s a color that inspires me.

One of the things I enjoy most is playing soccer with my friends. Sometimes people think that what I like most is being a goalkeeper, and it’s true, because I feel like no one can score a goal against me. I like being the goalkeeper, but I also enjoy running around, playing, and laughing with others. It makes me feel free and happy.

I learned about the Pancasan Learning Center through a school friend who was already studying there. He told me it was a place where you could learn and play at the same time. That really caught my attention, so I asked my mom if it was true and if I could join. A few days later, I was enrolled, and I realized that everything he had told me was true. I’ve made new friends here and learned a lot, in the future i would like to be a literature teacher.

My favorite area at the Pancasan Learning Center is Spanish. I like it because in this area we can read stories, write, imagine, and express what we feel. I once wrote a short story, and it made me feel so proud. I like how words can express what you’re thinking, and how I can learn to communicate better.

Hola, mi nombre es Génesis de Los Ángeles Mora. Estudio en la Escuela Pablo Antonio Cuadra y estoy en sexto grado.

Vivo con mi mamá y mi hermana menor, que tiene siete años. Quiero mucho a mi mamá porque siempre me apoya y me escucha cuando necesito algo. Ella es una persona muy trabajadora y siempre me motiva a dar lo mejor de mí. Paso momentos maravillosos con mi hermanita. Me encanta cuando me cuenta cómo le fue en sus clases porque tiene mucha imaginación. A veces inventa cosas muy graciosas y me hace reír mucho.

Mi color favorito es el morado porque me parece un color mágico, como sacado de cuentos o sueños. Cuando veo algo morado, me da una sensación de calma, pero también me hace imaginar nuevos mundos. Es un color que me inspira.

Una de las cosas que más disfruto es jugar al fútbol con mis amigos. A veces la gente piensa que lo que más me gusta es ser portera, y es verdad, porque siento que nadie puede meterme un gol. Me gusta ser portera, pero también disfruto correr, jugar y reír con los demás. Eso me hace sentir libre y feliz.

Conocí el Centro de Aprendizaje Pancasan gracias a un amigo de la escuela que ya estudiaba allí. Me dijo que era un lugar donde se podía aprender y jugar al mismo tiempo. Eso me llamó mucho la atención, así que le pregunté a mi mamá si era cierto y si podía entrar. Unos días después, ya estaba inscrita y me di cuenta de que todo lo que él me había dicho era verdad. Aquí he hecho nuevos amigos y aprendido mucho. En el futuro, me gustaría ser profesora de literatura.

Mi área favorita en el Centro de Aprendizaje Pancasan es Español. Me gusta porque en esta área podemos leer cuentos, escribir, imaginar y expresar lo que sentimos. Una vez escribí un cuento corto y eso me hizo sentir muy orgullosa. Me gusta cómo las palabras pueden expresar lo que piensas y cómo puedo aprender a comunicarme mejor.
