Hello. Nice to meet you.

My name is Ariadne Karina Morales. I’m seven years old, and I study at Pablo Antonio Cuadra School, where I’m in second grade. This is my first year at the Pancasan Learning Center, and what I love most about being here is when we go to “Casita.”

At “Casita,” I can choose any book I want, and I almost always choose one with lots of pictures. I love it when the teacher starts reading it, because I imagine everything, as if I were inside the story. My favorite color is pink because it’s one of the prettiest. I have it on my clothes, on my dolls, on my shoes, and in my notebooks.

I don’t have a favorite sport, but I do have one activity I really like: building Legos. When I do it, my imagination takes flight. I like lots of animals, but my favorites are kittens because they’re soft and cuddly, and I love cuddling them. When I grow up, I want to be an astronaut, so I can see space and Earth from high above.

One of my favorite pastimes is playing with my older sister. She also studies at the Learning Center. We always come together, accompanied by our mom, who drops us off in the morning and picks us up after school.

Mi nombre es Ariadne Karina Morales. Tengo siete años y estudio en la escuela Pablo Antonio Cuadra, donde estoy en segundo grado. Este es mi primer año en el Centro de Aprendizaje Pancasan, y lo que más me gusta de estar aquí es cuando vamos a la “Casita”.

En la “Casita” puedo elegir cualquier libro que quiera, y casi siempre elijo uno con muchas ilustraciones. Me encanta cuando la maestra comienza a leerlo, porque imagino todo, como si estuviera dentro de la historia. Mi color favorito es el rosa porque es uno de los más bonitos. Lo tengo en mi ropa, en mis muñecas, en mis zapatos y en mis cuadernos.

No tengo un deporte favorito, pero sí tengo una actividad que me gusta mucho: armar Legos. Cuando lo hago, mi imaginación vuela. Me gustan muchos los animales, pero mis favoritos son los gatitos porque son suaves y tiernos, y me encanta abrazarlos. Cuando sea grande, quiero ser astronauta, para poder ver el espacio y la Tierra desde lo alto.

Uno de mis pasatiempos favoritos es jugar con mi hermana mayor. Ella también estudia en el Centro de Aprendizaje. Siempre vamos juntas, acompañadas por nuestra mamá, que nos deja en la mañana y nos recoge después de la escuela.
