Hello! My name is Lexi Britany Ruiz Marenco. I am 13 years old, and I’m in sixth grade at Rubén Darío School. I consider myself a very participative and friendly girl. I have a big family; I live with my mom, Sandra Marenco, my dad, David Ruiz, and my brother, Eythan. My mom is a homemaker, and my dad works as a construction worker. At home, I help by doing my homework, and after that, I can go out to play.

I really love playing, especially with my cousins and my brothers. My favorite games are tag and hopscotch. My favorite color is pink, and I like watching movies; my favorite one is Titanic. I feel very happy at home, and I love my family. My mom takes care of me and fills me with love. What makes me happiest is spending time with my family, and what scares me the most is the dark and the heights. I know I shouldn’t be afraid because my mom protects me. When I grow up, I would like to be a lawyer.

At the Pantanal Learning Center, I’ve learned a lot. I like the English class, but what I enjoy the most are the art afternoons, where I do crafts. I consider myself a girl who can solve conflicts and make decisions. I enjoy attending the learning center and I hope to keep learning more here.

¡Hola! Mi nombre es Lexi Britany Ruiz Marenco, tengo 13 años y estoy en sexto grado de primaria en el colegio Rubén Darío. Me considero una niña muy participativa y compañerista. Mi familia es muy grande; vivo con mi mamá Sandra Marenco, mi papá David Ruiz y mi hermano Eythan. Mi mamá es ama de casa y mi papá trabaja de albañil, en casa colaboro haciendo mis tareas y luego de eso puedo salir a jugar.

Me gusta jugar mucho, especialmente con mis primos y mi hermano. Mis juegos favoritos son “la toca y toca” y “la rayuela”. Mi color favorito es el rosado y me gusta ver películas; mi favorita es el “Tictanic”. Me siento muy feliz de estar en casa y amo a mi familia; mi mamá me cuida y me llena de amor. Lo que más me hace feliz es pasar tiempo en familia y lo que más me da miedo es la oscuridad y la altura. Sé que no debo tener miedo porque mi mamá me protege. Cuando sea grande me gustaría ser abogada.

En el centro de aprendizaje Pantanal he aprendido mucho; me gusta el área de ingle, pero lo que más disfruto son las tardes de artes, donde elaboro manualidades. Me considero una niña capaz de solucionar conflictos y tomar decisiones. Disfruto asistir al centro de aprendizaje y espero seguir aprendiendo más aquí.
