Hello! My name is Mía de los Ángeles Barberena Cano. I am 8 years old, and I study at José de la Cruz Mena Public School. I’m in third grade. I live with my parents—my mom Anita, my dad Miguel—my aunt Maritza, and my little sister Sofía. My mom works at the market and my dad is a taxi driver. 

I love playing with dolls and the house with my sister Sofía. I enjoy watching cartoons, especially Princess Sofia, with my sister and my mom. I also attend the Pantanal Center, where I like learning how to dance and playing with my friends. When I grow up, I want to be a veterinarian because I love taking care of animals and I don’t like it when they die. 

Even though reading is a bit hard for me and I’m a little shy, I have a talent for singing and dancing. I’m a gentle and calm girl. I love fruits, especially apples. My favorite colors are purple and pink, and I love eating fried chicken. My favorite heroes are The Powerpuff Girls, and I like listening to songs by Karol G. 

I don’t have a favorite sport yet, but I really enjoy playing with my dolls.
