Hello! My name is Adriana Lucía Gutiérrez Martínez and I am 8 years old. I’m a cheerful, loving, and very curious girl. I love learning new things, and I also really enjoy playing—especially with my siblings. I’m currently in second grade at Joaquín Pasos Argüello School.

I live with my mom, my grandfather, my brother, my uncle, and my sister. There’s always something going on at home, but there’s also a lot of love. I like spending time with my family, especially when we play together or do fun activities.

My favorite color is purple because it feels beautiful and special to me. I love eating pancakes, especially when they’re fluffy, and drinking cold oatmeal, because it gives me energy and makes me feel happy. My favorite animals are roosters and cats—they’re so different, but both are very interesting!

The movie I like the most is Mariposita, because it has a lovely story that makes me dream. When I grow up, I want to be a chef. I’m excited by the idea of cooking delicious food and making dishes that bring smiles to people’s faces.

This is my first year at La Esperanza Granada, and I like coming here because I’ve learned things I didn’t know before. I also really enjoy playing with my classmates and spending time with them while we learn.

¡Hola! Me llamo Adriana Lucía Gutiérrez Martínez y tengo 8 años. Soy una niña alegre, cariñosa y muy curiosa. Me encanta aprender cosas nuevas y también disfruto mucho jugar, especialmente con mis hermanos. Actualmente estudio segundo grado en la escuela Joaquín Pasos Argüello.

Vivo con mi mamá, mi abuelo, mi hermano, mi tío y mi hermana. En casa siempre hay movimiento, pero también mucho cariño. Me gusta compartir tiempo con mi familia, sobre todo cuando jugamos juntos o hacemos alguna tarea divertida.

Mi color favorito es el morado, porque lo siento bonito y especial. Me encanta comer pankey, sobre todo cuando están esponjositos, y tomar avena bien fría, porque me da energía y me hace sentir feliz. Mis animales favoritos son los gallos y los gatos, ¡son tan diferentes, pero igual de interesantes!

La película que más me gusta se llama Mariposita, porque tiene una historia linda que me hace soñar. Cuando sea grande, quiero ser chef. Me emociona la idea de cocinar cosas deliciosas y preparar platillos que hagan sonreír a las personas.

Este es mi primer año en La Esperanza Granada, y me gusta venir porque me han enseñado cosas que no sabía. Además, disfruto mucho jugar con mis compañeros y compartir con ellos mientras aprendo.
