International Volunteers come from around the world to support La Esperanza. They work directly with children in the learning centers, help with construction or painting projects or assist with managing the organisation in our office.
All of the students on our University Scholarship Programme receive support with their personal development, through workshops on life-skills, employability and world issues.
Our Secondary Sponsorship Programme is offered to students who have completed elementary school with good attendance and grades.
