Hello! My name is Enmanuel Moises Aviles Masis; I’m 13 years old, and I’m in fifth grade at Centro Educativo Cristiano Granada. I really like my school, especially because it promotes religion, which makes me and my parents very happy and joyful.

My family is made up of my mom, Johana; my dad, Eduardo; and me. My mom is a shopkeeper—she has a small convenience store at home—and my dad is a cargo truck driver. Sometimes he is away for 15 days at a time. I love and adore my family very much because there is a lot of peace and love in it. My mom is the one who takes care of me, and I help her by cleaning the living room and washing the dishes. After that, I can do whatever I want, especially playing on PlayStation, which I love. My favorite color is blue because when I’m on vacation, my mom takes me to the beach, and the blue water looks so beautiful. I also enjoy watching TV, especially soap operas like La Rosa de Guadalupe and Maria la del Barrio.

In my free time, after finishing my homework, I take care of my pet, a dog named Doxer, and I have so much fun with him. This makes me very happy because I feel like he protects and loves me. One of my biggest dreams is to become a teacher, especially in computer science, because I like technology.

At the Pantanal Learning Center, I have not only gained knowledge but also learned values such as kindness and friendship. I’ve learned to be patient; I used to like doing everything fast, but now I’m a bit more relaxed and take my time. I consider myself a capable, smart, fun, and determined boy—and I know I’m also handsome. I hope I can keep learning and continue being a child who makes his parents proud.

¡Hola! Mi nombre es Enmanuel Moisés Avilés Masis, tengo 13 años y estoy en quinto grado de primaria en el Centro Educativo Cristiano Granada. Me gusta mucho mi escuela, sobre todo porque fomenta la religión, lo que me alegra y llena de gozo a mis padres.

Mi familia está conformada por mi mamá, Johana; mi papá, Eduardo; y yo. Mi mamá es comerciante tiene una pequeña pulpería en casa y mi papá es conductor de camiones de carga algunas veces está fuera de la casa por 15 días. Adoro y amo mucho a mi familia, porque en ella hay mucha paz y amor. Mi mamá es quien me cuida, y yo le ayudo limpiando la sala y lavando los trastes. Después de eso, puedo hacer lo que quiera, en especial me encanta jugar con Play Station.

Mi color favorito es el azul, porque cuando estoy de vacaciones, mi mamá me lleva al mar, y el color azul del agua se ve muy hermoso. También disfruto ver televisión, especialmente telenovelas como “La Rosa de Guadalupe” y “María la del Barrio”.

En mis tiempos libres, después de realizar mi tarea, cuido a mi mascota, un perro llamado Doxer, y me divierto mucho con él. Esto me hace muy feliz, porque siento que me cuida y me quiere mucho.

Uno de mis grandes sueños es ser profesor, especialmente en el área de computación, ya que me gusta la tecnología. En el Centro de Aprendizaje Pantanal he aprendido no solo conocimiento, sino también valores como el compañerismo y la amabilidad. He aprendido a ser paciente; antes me gustaba hacer todo rápido, pero ahora soy un poco más relajado y lo hago todo a su tiempo.

Me considero un niño muy capaz, inteligente, divertido y decidido, y sé que también soy guapo. Espero poder seguir aprendiendo más y seguir siendo un niño que haga sentir orgulloso a mis padres.
