Hello! My name is Osmara Auxiliadora Mejía, and I am 7 years old. I live with my mom, my dad, and my siblings. At home, I like to help pick up my toys, set the table, and spend time with my family. I am in second grade and study at El Escudo School. I love going to class because I learn to read stories, add numbers, and draw. I like it when my teacher tells us stories or when we do crafts with colored paper.

My favorite food is meat pie. I love its flavor, especially when it’s served with rice or salad. To drink, I prefer coconut juice because it’s fresh and smooth. My favorite color is purple because I think it’s pretty, and I like how it looks on my clothes or in my drawings.

One of my favorite hobbies is skating. I enjoy gliding across the floor and trying to keep my balance. It makes me feel free and fast. When I grow up, I want to be a professional skater and also an art teacher. I love painting, cutting paper, making figures with modeling clay, and expressing what I feel through colors and shapes. I imagine giving creative classes and helping other children discover art.

My favorite animal is the cat. I think they are cute, clean, and calm. I like to pet them and watch them curl up to sleep. Although I love animals, I’m afraid of spiders. Their legs and the way they move make me feel uncomfortable, so I prefer to stay away from them.

In my free time, I like to draw landscapes, flowers, and storybook characters. I also enjoy singing songs and playing with my siblings. I like going out with my family for walks or visiting places where I can run and explore. I feel happy when I’m surrounded by nature.

I gladly attend the Escudo Learning Center in La Esperanza, Granada. There, the educators help us with our homework, explain everything patiently, and are always attentive to our questions. We also play, do fun activities, and learn to live together with respect and joy. I love going because I feel safe, cared for, and I always leave with a smile.

¡Hola! Soy Osmara Auxiliadora Mejía y tengo 7 años. Vivo con mi mamá, mi papá y mis hermanos. En casa me gusta ayudar a recoger mis juguetes, poner la mesa y compartir momentos con mi familia. Estoy en segundo grado y estudio en el colegio El Escudo. Me encanta ir a clases porque aprendo a leer cuentos, a sumar y a dibujar. Me gusta cuando la maestra nos cuenta historias o hacemos trabajos con papel de colores.

Mi comida favorita es el pastel de carne. Me encanta su sabor y me gusta cuando lo acompañan con arroz o ensalada. Para tomar, prefiero el jugo de coco porque es fresco y suave. Mi color favorito es el morado porque me parece bonito y me gusta cómo se ve en mi ropa o en mis dibujos.

Uno de mis pasatiempos preferidos es patinar. Me divierte deslizarme por el piso y tratar de mantener el equilibrio. Me hace sentir libre y veloz. Cuando sea grande, quiero ser patinadora profesional y también profesora de arte. Me encanta pintar, recortar, hacer figuras con plastilina y expresar lo que siento a través de los colores y formas. Me imagino dando clases llenas de creatividad y ayudando a otros niños a descubrir el arte.

Mi animal favorito es el gato. Me parecen tiernos, limpios y tranquilos. Me gusta acariciarlos y ver cómo se acurrucan a dormir. Aunque me encantan los animales, me dan miedo las arañas. Sus patas y la forma en que se mueven me hacen sentir incómoda, así que prefiero no acercarme a ellas.

En mi tiempo libre, me gusta dibujar paisajes, flores y personajes de cuentos. También disfruto cantar canciones y jugar con mis hermanos. Me gusta salir con mi familia a caminar o visitar lugares donde pueda correr y explorar. Me siento feliz cuando estoy rodeada de naturaleza.

Asisto con mucho gusto al Centro de Aprendizaje Escudo en La Esperanza, Granada. Ahí los educadores nos ayudan a hacer nuestras tareas, nos explican con paciencia y siempre están atentos a nuestras preguntas. También jugamos, hacemos actividades divertidas y aprendemos a convivir con respeto y alegría. Me gusta ir porque me siento segura, acompañada y siempre salgo con una sonrisa.
